Doraemon Cake

Prepare a 6-inch and an 8-inch chiffon cake base.

Cut the 6-inch cake into a semicircle.
3.
Divide the 6-inch and 8-inch cakes into three equal portions.

Put the whipped cream on ice water.

Pour in white sugar and milk powder, and whip the whipped cream.

Take a small part of the cream, drop in the coloring matter, and blend into blue cream and pink cream.

Put the cream of powder, blue and white respectively into the piping bag for later use.

First make the Doraemon's head, put cream in the middle of the semi-circular cake that has been shaved before, and smooth the surface.

Use a toothpick to pre-draw the face of the Doraemon.

First draw a black line with a chocolate pen, and then fill in the color. The Doraemon’s head is complete. Put it in the cake and refrigerate it to prevent it from melting, and use it later.

Frame a few small flowers and put them in the refrigerator for later use.

Now make the cake base, take the 8-inch cake and put cream and diced yellow peaches.

Smooth the surface. Use a serrated scraper on the side to scrape out the pattern.

Take out the prepared Doraemon head and small flowers from the refrigerator, combine them, and garnish them with small silver beads, soft candy and cheese balls.

Plug in the little flags and the Doraemon cake is ready!

Tips:
1. If the whipped cream is not used immediately, put it in the refrigerator to prevent it from melting!
2. Adding milk powder to whipped cream is more beneficial for decorating and shaping.
