Dorayaki
1.
Put two eggs in a small basin and use a manual whisk to break up;
2.
Add powdered sugar to beat. The powdered sugar I use is made by grinding white granulated sugar in a cooking machine;
3.
Add milk and stir well;
4.
After mixing the flour and baking powder, use a fine sieve to sift into the egg liquid;
5.
Manually beat the eggs and stir clockwise to mix evenly
6.
Lift the whisk, the batter is smooth and fluid;
7.
Pour the batter into a measuring cup or other convenient container. You don’t need to pour it. You can scoop it out with a spoon. This is optional. My measuring cup is mainly for pouring into the pot so that it won’t drip everywhere. ;
8.
Don't stick the pot on the heat and heat it up, just a small circle of fire;
9.
Pour the mixed batter into the pot. After dripping, it will automatically form a circle. Just pour in the right amount of batter. I made a total of six muffins;
10.
After forming a beautiful circle, don't move the pot for now, you will soon be able to see the edge of the batter discolor, and small bubbles start to form on the surface of the batter;
11.
Turn it over, you can see that the color is even, and the color is very beautiful, but the other side will not be able to fry such a uniform color; when both sides are fried, you can make the next one;
12.
After making all the muffins one by one, you can eat them directly. For Dorayaki, put one of the non-uniformly colored noodles inside, and smear the homemade red bean paste or other favorite fillings; just cover the other one. It's okay
13.
The beautiful dorayaki is OK. I am a big one. For breakfast, one for each person is enough. If you like a delicate one, make it smaller.
14.
If you like this snack too, or someone in your family likes it, give it a try. This method is very simple, and there is no need to add oil. I personally think that the amount of powdered sugar is just right, not particularly sweet. If you like sweeter ones, you can add a little more sugar. If there is no powdered sugar, it is best to use fine granulated sugar, too coarse granulated sugar will not melt easily, which will affect the effect of the production.
Tips:
You must use a non-stick pan to make dorayaki, so the coloring effect will be good; I don’t use much sugar here, and the whole is not particularly sweet. If you like particularly sweet, you can add some powdered sugar.
