Dorayaki
1.
Material preparation
2.
Beat the eggs, add sugar and milk in turn, and mix well
3.
Sift in the flour and salt and turn it over evenly. There may be gnocchi. It doesn’t matter, it will be fine after waking up for half an hour.
4.
After mixing evenly
5.
Half an hour after waking up
6.
Put it in a water-free and oil-free pan, bake on a low fire, take out a small spoonful of batter, keep the spoon still, and naturally form a round cake. Bake for about 3 minutes and bake for 30 seconds.
7.
Let cool, forgive me for the uneven pan, so it’s not very round
8.
Add red bean paste, admire the pattern, and the dorayaki is ready
Tips:
This recipe is the best recipe I think. It doesn’t need to add oil and honey. The taste will change after adding oil. I don’t like adding baking powder. It’s delicious for breakfast.
