Dorayaki

Beat two eggs until they become bubbles.

Add soft sugar and beat evenly
3.
Add milk and beat evenly
4.
Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well
5.
After mixing the batter, just lift the whisk into a ribbon shape.
6.
Spoon a spoonful of batter in a non-stick pan and fry on low heat until bubbling
7.
Turn it over and fry until cooked
8.
Take one side of Dorayaki and spread some red bean paste
9.
Cover with another piece and it's done
Tips:
When frying, the fire should be lower, this will be easy to cook
