Dorayaki

Beat two eggs into the basin.

Add sugar and stir well.

Add honey.

Stir well.

Sift in low powder.

Stir well.

Add milk.

Stir well.

Add corn oil.

Stir evenly and present a fine and flowable state.

Put the lid on and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Scoop up a spoonful of batter and place it in the center of a non-stick pan. Heat it over low heat.

Heat until the bottom layer of the batter is solidified and bubbles are formed on the top.

Turn over and continue to heat for half a minute until both sides of the biscuits are cooked.

Make all the biscuits one by one.

Take a slice of biscuits and spread red bean paste on the inside.

Cover with another slice of biscuits.
18.
This is ready to eat.
