My favorite cartoon when I was young was Doraemon. There are countless treasures in the magic pocket, but the most impressive thing in it is Doraemon’s favorite food-Dorayaki. I am always curious when watching him eat. Now I finally know what it tastes like. The red bean paste filling is placed between the two cake-like muffins. It is called Dorayaki because it looks like a gong. The taste is really good, and the texture is soft and not greasy.
The summer clouds are scattered, the autumn breeze is blowing, and the summer fat has not been reduced, and the autumn fat has begun to be applied again...

Tips:

After frying a piece of cake, it is best to use a damp cloth to lower the temperature of the pan before frying the next one, so as not to make the crust too dark
