Received this favorite Chobe jam for free, and made this dessert Dorayaki sandwich jam. Children like it very much. This cake tastes soft and delicious, with a bit of cake taste.

Dorayaki Chobe White Peach Jam

1. Prepare all the ingredients and weigh them out. Corn oil and milk are in a cup. The eggs I use are bigger.

2. In a large water-free bowl, add eggs, sugar (all at once), milk and oil.

3. Use a manual whisk to keep stirring in one direction for about 3 minutes so that bubbles will appear in the egg liquid.

4. Sift in the flour and baking powder at this time.

5. Stir constantly after adding the flour

6. Stir until there is no particles in the batter

7. Cover the lid and wake up for 20 minutes

8. Prepare the electric baking pan to warm up. In order to make the most of it, I prepared spoons of different sizes.

9. The electric baking pan does not need to be brushed with oil, and it will spread out on its own without touching it when you quickly add it to the top of the electric baking pan with a spoon. Hurry up or it will drip everywhere.

10. Now that there are bubbles appearing on it, you can turn it over.

11. Fry on both sides until yellow.

12. Fry all the egg liquid in turn. Take a pie and spread the jam on one side

13. Just overlap two slices of pie.

14. The jam-filled dorayaki is ready. Enjoy it beautifully!

Tips:

1. Choose fresh eggs.
2. If the eggs are beaten with an electric whisk, there is no need to add baking powder.
3. When putting the egg liquid into the electric baking pan, do it quickly or it will drip out, which is not good.
