Double Bean Red Date Soy Milk
1.
Prepare a variety of ingredients, and use the measuring cup that comes with the soymilk to fill a cup of black beans and red beans with a little less, because other ingredients are needed.
2.
Wash the black beans and red beans and soak them for several hours.
3.
Pour the soaked beans into the soymilk machine.
4.
Peanuts and wolfberry are also washed and added.
5.
Wash the red dates, remove the nucleus, tear them into pieces, and add them to the soymilk maker. Then add water to the mark, start the machine and start making soy milk.
6.
The beaten soy milk can be drunk directly, if you mind the fine residue, you can filter it.
Tips:
1. The soymilk machine has a fixed amount of pulping, so make it according to the amount in the manual, otherwise it is easy to overflow.
2. If other ingredients are added, the amount of beans is best to be slightly reduced.
3. Although most of the current machines can be beaten dry, I think the soy milk from the soaked beans is delicious. Dry soy milk always feels like crumbs of beans, and the flavor of soy milk is not strong enough.
