Double Bean Red Flower Tail Soup
1.
Prepare pigtails, red dates, peanuts, black beans, and soybeans.
2.
Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. The pigtails are slightly blanched.
3.
Wash the soybeans, black beans, peanuts, red dates, and micro-bubble, and drain for later use.
4.
Put the blanched pigtails, red dates, peanuts, black beans and soybeans in a stew pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about three hours on a low fire.
5.
Add appropriate amount of fine salt according to personal taste. (Auntie said that she wanted to drink the original soup, so she had to make a small bowl first, so the soup base was slightly less)
6.
A flavorful double bean safflower tail soup is completed.
Tips:
The pigtails must be blanched before boiling. It is better to use warm water when blanching.
If you don't add fine salt, the soup base is slightly sweet. After adding an appropriate amount of fine salt, the taste is more acceptable to me.
