Double Berry Smoothie

Melt the dark chocolate in water, pour it into a mold, twist it a few times to remove bubbles, and let it set aside for later use.

Wash the strawberries and blueberries and remove the stems. The weight and proportion can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Add appropriate amount of yogurt, whipped cream and ice cubes, and put them into the food processor to break them together to make the ice cubes into ice slag. Pour cold boiled water into the mold in advance and freeze it into ice cubes. If the stomach is cold and you dare not eat ice, this step can be omitted.
