Double Eggplant Pork Marinade
1.
Change the ingredients to the knife: wash the eggplants without peeling and dicing, washing tomatoes without peeling and cutting into small pieces, chop green onion, ginger and garlic, choose pork with a little more fat, and chop it into fillings
2.
Let’s take a close-up of the pork filling, it’s fatter, because I used an electric pressure cooker to make this sauce without oil, so I used fatter pork
3.
Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, and add some refined salt
4.
Stir well
5.
Install the pot and choose the waterless baking function. The time is 25 minutes, but only 10 minutes is enough
6.
After 10 minutes, the fragrant marinade is ready, and bibimbap will work.
