Braised Eggplant

Peel and wash the eggplant

Cut the hob; add a small amount of flour
3.
Put more oil in the pot; put in the eggplant chunks and fry until golden; remove the oil to control

Put a small amount of base oil in the pot; add pork slices; add light soy sauce, tomatoes and green peppers
5.
Add eggplant chunks

Add the right amount of salt

Stir evenly and it is good
Tips:
1. The eggplant pieces should not be too small, the oil should be a little more, the actual oil consumption is not much;
2. Add monosodium glutamate and minced garlic just before it is out of the pot to make it more fragrant.
