Eggplant Salad

Remove the stalks and wash the eggplant, cut in half, and steam for 10 minutes in a steamer!

Wash and chop the green and red peppers, garlic, ginger and green onions!

Wait for the eggplant to cool, tear the eggplant into strips and place it on the plate for later use!

Eggplant should not be steamed for too long!
