Double Flavor Bread
1.
Knead the two-color dough separately: pour the materials except the butter into the bucket and put it in the bread machine to fix it, set the kneading program for 15 minutes, add the butter after the program is over, and reset the wind bread program. 750g medium burn color; (here, white dough is taken as an example, cocoa dough also uses the same method)
2.
After the dough basic fermentation is completed, press the "pause" button to interrupt the program (the same operation method is used for cocoa dough)
3.
Take out the dough and knead to exhaust air (the same operation method is used for cocoa dough)
4.
Divide the white dough into 8 parts, and the cocoa dough into 7 parts, respectively, round and relax for 10 minutes
5.
Take a dough and roll it into a round, turn it over and wrap it in the filling (white dough is wrapped in seaweed and pork floss, cocoa dough is wrapped in red bean paste)
6.
Wrap it tightly and place it upside down
7.
Cocoa dough wrapped in red bean paste for later use
8.
After all the dough is wrapped with fillings, first take 5 cocoa dough and put them into the four corners and the center of the bread bucket.
9.
Then take 4 pieces of white dough and put them in the gaps on the four sides
10.
Take 4 more white dough and put it in the four corners
11.
Put the last 2 cocoa dough into the center
12.
Put the barrel in the bread machine and fix it, press the "pause" button again to continue the program and enter the secondary fermentation stage
13.
After the fermentation is over, the program automatically enters the baking stage, and the buzzer will sound after the completion. Take out the bread as soon as possible, let it cool, and store it in a sealed container.
Tips:
1. Dough preparation: I prepared the two-color dough separately this time. If it is troublesome, you can set aside 8g cocoa powder and 10g milk separately, and then mix all the other materials together to form a white dough. Then mix the reserved cocoa powder and milk, knead into the separated half of the white dough to become cocoa dough;
2. Because the manual operation time will be a little longer, you must remember to "pause" the bread maker program first, or the second fermentation time will not be enough later;
