Double Good Taste-brownie Cheesecake
1.
Prepare a 6-inch round cake mold, spread a layer of softened butter in the mold (outside the recipe weight), and sprinkle some flour (outside the recipe weight). Shake the mold to make the flour evenly stick to the mold wall, and then pour out the excess flour. This treatment can make the mold anti-sticking.
2.
Cut the dark chocolate and butter into small pieces, put them in a large bowl, heat over water and stir constantly (the water temperature should not be too high) until the butter and chocolate are completely melted. Take the bowl out of the water.
3.
Add sugar and stir well.
4.
Add eggs and stir well.
5.
Pour the yogurt and stir well.
6.
Sift in all-purpose flour.
7.
Mix well with a rubber spatula to completely mix the flour and chocolate butter paste to form a brownie batter.
8.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared mold, smooth it, put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for about 18 minutes. After the batter is completely set, take it out. Then reduce the temperature of the oven to 160 degrees.
9.
While baking the brownie, we will make the cheesecake batter. Heat the cream cheese over water until softened (or put it at room temperature for 2 hours in advance until softened), add fine sugar, and beat with a whisk until smooth and without particles.
10.
Add the eggs and stir vigorously with a whisk until it is evenly mixed and becomes a thick and creamy cheese paste.
11.
Finally add the yogurt,
12.
Stir well and serve as cheesecake batter
13.
Pour the cheesecake batter on the baked brownie (you don't have to wait until the brownie cools). Hold the cake tin with your hands and shake it twice to make the air bubbles escape.
14.
Put the mold back into the oven, heat up and down at 160 degrees, in the middle, and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the cheesecake is completely solidified, press up, and there is no flow inside, and the surface is baked into a light golden yellow before it is out of the oven.
15.
After the baked cake has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours (or overnight), then cut it into pieces, and you can enjoy it.
