Double Pepper Belly Shreds

Prepare braised pork belly, red and green peppers.

Shred the red and green peppers.
3.
Shred pork belly.
4.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add red and green peppers and sauté.
5.
Add pork belly shreds.
6.
After stirring well, add cooking wine and stir well out of the boiler.
Tips:
The flavors in the stewed goods are all complete, so there is no need to add any seasoning.
