Stir-fried Mushroom Rice with Braised Pork

1. Put the stewed pork into a bowl.

2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water two hours in advance. After washing, cut into cubes.

3. Slice onion.

4. Cut the stewed meat into pieces.

5. Prepare all the ingredients.

6. Put onions in a hot pan and saute until fragrant.

7. Add the braised pork and stir well.

8. Add salt, soy mushroom soy sauce, high heat, use a tablespoon of brine, stir and stir well.

9. Place a bowl of rice on the plate, and cover the rice with mushrooms and stewed pork.
