Stir-fried Green Pepper with Braised Pork Belly

Slice the marinated pork belly, slice carrots, cut green peppers diagonally, and mince garlic cloves.

Prepare the old brine for later use.

Stir-fry the braised pork belly and carrots in a hot pot with hot oil, add salt and green peppers and fry until soft.
4.
Stir-fry well, pour in the old brine, bring to a boil on high heat.
5.
Season with light soy sauce, stir and stir well.
6.
Plate.
