Stir-fried Green Pepper with Braised Pork Belly

1. Slice the marinated pork belly, slice carrots, cut green peppers diagonally, and mince garlic cloves.

2. Prepare the old brine for later use.

3. Stir-fry the braised pork belly and carrots in a hot pot with hot oil, add salt and green peppers and fry until soft.

4. Stir-fry well, pour in the old brine, bring to a boil on high heat.

5. Season with light soy sauce, stir and stir well.

6. Plate.
