Double Pepper Fish Head

Wash and cut the fish head, add cooking wine and a small amount of salt. There is salt in the chopped pepper, so just put a little bit and let it marinate for 15 minutes

Wash the green onion, ginger, and garlic, mince, mix with the green and red chopped pepper and put them on two plates, set aside

Raise the frying pan, add the green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the green chopped pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds, set aside

Put the fish head in a large bowl, pour out the juice when marinating, and then separate the fried green and red pepper ingredients on both sides.
Prepare the steamer, put one-third of the water level in the steamer, add the fish heads after the fire is boiled, cover the pot and steam for 15 minutes

After steaming, simmer for 2-3 minutes, ready to be out of the pot
Tips:
1. When serving the steamer, you can pour some water in the chopped pepper on the fish head, so that it will be easier to taste when steaming;
2. The amount of chopped pepper can be adjusted according to your preferences.
