Double Pepper Flammulina

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them apart.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, add enoki mushrooms and boil until soft.

Remove the enoki mushrooms, drain the water, place them neatly on a plate, and add appropriate amount of yellow lantern chopped pepper and red chopped pepper. Put boiling water into the pot and steam for 5 minutes.

Pour salad oil into the frying spoon and heat until it smokes.

Splash the hot oil evenly on the chopped peppers.

Add a tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce.
Tips:
Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce contain salt, so there is no need to add salt.
