Double Potato Yogurt Mousse

Steam the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes until they are fully cooked and set aside.

Put the two colors of potatoes into the fresh-keeping bag, and use a rolling pin to roll them into puree.

Pour the mashed sweet potato into half of the mold, smooth, and sprinkle with a layer of chopped nuts.

Continue to cover with purple potato mash, smooth and compact, and demould.
5.
Finally, use a spoon to drizzle yogurt and sprinkle with nuts.
