Double Silk Crucian Carp Soup
1.
Clean the fresh crucian carp with water and a little cooking wine. Put a little ginger juice in the pan. Put a little pork suet in the hot pan and not too much oil. Fry the noodles over low heat.
2.
Pour in the clean water that has not had the fish and bring it to a boil.
3.
Cover and cook.
4.
The fish soup will be white only if the water is kept relatively wasteful when it is turned to medium heat. Put a little white pepper and salt to beat the excess bubbles.
5.
Peel and shred carrots and cucumbers. Cut a section of green onions into shreds.
6.
Turn the heat to thicken the fish soup.
7.
Put in shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers and green onions for a few minutes.
8.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion in the pot.
