Double Skin Milk

Pour the milk into a bowl and steam it in a steamer for about ten minutes

Let the heated milk cool until a layer of wrinkled milk skin forms on the surface. Use a toothpick to draw a circle along the edge of the bowl

Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat until saccharification

Pour 2/3 of the cooled milk into the egg white and stir well
5.
Sieve the egg white milk liquid to remove the unsent part of the egg white

Slowly pour the stirred egg white milk back into the bowl along the notch of the milk skin just scratched, cover with plastic wrap, and pierce some small holes with toothpicks
7.
Put it in the pot and steam for about 15 minutes
8.
