Double Skin Milk with Mango Flesh

Pour a carton of milk into the pot.

Bring to a boil and float to remove the foam.
3.
Mix two egg whites with a spoonful of sugar.
4.
Pour into the milk.
5.
Stir evenly to rinse off the foam.
6.
Cover with plastic wrap, pierce the eyes with a toothpick, and steam for 15 minutes.
7.
Cut the mango flesh into small pieces.
8.
Put the mango flesh on top of the steamed egg and milk, and decorate with cherries.
