Double Smoked Stir-fried Cowpeas

Prepare the main ingredients

Tips:
1 The cowpea must be fully boiled, otherwise it will have a raw bean taste and the taste is not very good.
2 The bacon itself has a salty taste, so light soy sauce and oyster sauce are added, and there is no need to add salt and MSG.
