1.
All ingredients: Sydney, snow fungus, rock sugar.
2.
Wash Sydney, peel, core, and diced. (Sydney core has a sour taste, not to be required)
3.
Soak and wash the snow fungus 30 minutes in advance, cut off the roots of the snow fungus, and then cut the small flowers.
4.
Use a stew pot to hold all the ingredients.
5.
Put a large amount of water on the steamer and put it on the stand.
6.
Add two small bowls of water to the stewing cup and cover the stewing cup lid.
7.
Cover the lid of the steamer again, boil on high heat and turn to medium heat and steam for about 45 minutes.
8.
Stir evenly, scoop up, add a few berries that have been scalded in boiling water, and drink.
9.
You can keep it fresh if you can't finish drinking it. It will be refreshed after being frozen. The elderly, children, or women with weakness are recommended to drink it while it is hot.
Tips:
Soak the white fungus in advance, and simmer this dessert for 45-60 minutes. The increase in the amount of food and the amount of water also increases accordingly, I am the amount that three people drink. Sydney must be peeled and cored, so that the stewed dessert tastes sweet.
