Wash all the rice and beans that need to be packaged in advance and soak in water overnight; the next day, mix everything and prepare to package the dumplings.

Rinse the fresh zong leaves with clean water, and fold the two pieces into a funnel. I first wrapped two types of zongzi with pleurotus eryngii beef and tuna sauce.

Mix all the rice and beans and pack them well. (If you don’t know how to pack zongzi, you can look at the operation of other great gods or buy a zongzi artifact.) Pressure cooker boil beans (about 1 hour). After returning to zero, simmer for 1 hour before taking it out. Let it cool, seal the food bag and freeze it, and steam it as you eat it.
