Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for more than 2 hours. Boil the dried zong leaves with boiling water to soften, remove and rinse. Wash the red dates, soak in clean water, and cut the bacon into small pieces for later use.

Put a red date at the bottom of the zongzi leaf.

Put a small amount of glutinous rice first, and then put a piece of bacon.

Tips:
1. Soak the glutinous rice in clean water for 1~2 hours, so that the cooked rice dumplings will be distinct and will not stick into a lump.
2. Soak the zong leaves with clean water, and then wash them several times to remove the dirt, otherwise, it will affect the appearance of the finished product.
