Eating zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival is another traditional custom of the Chinese people, and there are many kinds of them.

Those who like sweets include red dates, nuts, and red bean paste dumplings; those who like salty taste include ham and egg yolk dumplings. There are various flavors and different packaging methods.

In general, Zongzi is a high-calorie food. For the sake of your own health, when making zongzi, use less sugar, less oil, and more fiber materials without affecting the taste.

Every year, we make rice dumplings, and the whole family has many tastes. Except for the son who likes beef dumplings, most of the dumplings will be mixed with glutinous rice or other ordinary rice with a little stickiness. In this way, not only can family members taste seasonal foods, but also ensure a healthy diet and balance dietary fiber.

The wrapped rice dumplings are cooked at one time, and put in the refrigerator after they are allowed to cool. Or directly soak in cold water and take it as you eat (provided that the stomach can bear enough). Zongzi soaked in cold water, peeled and eaten directly, is chewy and more delicious than hot rice dumplings that have just been cooked. "
