Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

Large group photo of ingredients: whipped cream, milk, egg yolk, dragon fruit, fine sugar; the amount can be fine-tuned.

Pour the caster sugar into the egg yolk bowl.

After stirring evenly, heat the insulating water to make the egg yolks cooked and shallow.

Add milk and mix well, let cool before use.

Cut the pitaya into pieces and grind the fruit into puree. It does not matter if there are a few particles.

Pitaya puree, milk yolk liquid, and whipped cream are put into the ice cream filling bucket. The stirring fan can be installed before or after filling. Put the ice cream bucket into the Baicui IC1280 ice cream machine.

Fasten the lid and select the "Ice Cream" program. The default is 60 minutes. You can increase or decrease the time according to your favorite taste. Soft ice cream can be produced in 40 minutes at the fastest. I used 50 minutes.

This is the state when completed in 50 minutes. The perfect ice cream is properly completed. Quickly dig out a few scoops and put it in the cup to enjoy with family and friends!

Tips:
1. The amount of light cream should not be less than the amount of milk, because dragon fruit has a lot of liquid content. Too little light cream will affect the mellow and smooth taste of ice cream;
2. The egg yolk needs to be heated in water or directly heated on a small fire to mature, before eating it at ease;
3. Baicui IC1280 ice cream machine helps us realize the freedom of ice cream at home, and perfect ice cream can be made within 40 minutes. If the time is longer, the texture of the ice cream will be harder;
4. Since the material will expand when it becomes solid, do not use more than 60% of the barrel.
