Dragon Fruit Jam West Toast

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, 1 egg, appropriate amount of red dragon fruit jam, a little oil

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Cut off the four sides of the toast,

Spread dragon fruit jam on one of the slices,

Cover with another piece.

Heat the pan, pour a little oil,

Put the toast with jam in the egg liquid, so that the six sides are covered with egg liquid.

Put it in the pot and fry slowly,

Fry one side, turn it over,

Fry on six sides until golden brown, out of the pan.

Cut diagonally into quarters.
Tips:
Dragon fruit jam can be replaced with other sauces.
Use low heat when frying, so as not to burn.
The size of the cut pieces can be adjusted at will or not cut.
