Dragon Fruit Jelly

Peel the dragon fruit and dice.

Soak two gelatine slices in ice water to soften them.
3.
Put the diced dragon fruit into the mixing cup and pour 200 ml of boiling water.

Stir it into juice.
5.
Pour the blended dragon fruit juice into the pot and heat.
6.
Heat an appropriate amount of sugar and stir until the sugar melts and turn off the heat.
7.
Put the soaked gelatin slices in a pot and stir until melted.
8.
Add appropriate amount of dragon fruit pulp to the cup.
9.
Pour the dragon fruit juice into a cup, let it cool to warm and put it in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
Tips:
If you put too little gelatine tablets, it will not be very well formed.
