Dragon Fruit Jelly
1.
Peel the dragon fruit and cut into pieces, then add an appropriate amount of cold water to the food processor, and beat 3 small rock sugars into juice. Try to beat it thinly so that the jelly tastes good.
2.
Put a pack of gelatin powder into a bowl and pour 40ml of cold water. Take a pot and put an appropriate amount of hot water, then put the bowl with gelatine powder in the pot and stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
3.
Pour the dissolved water into the previous juice and stir a few more times. Then put the liquid in a jelly mold and chill it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. I usually make it at night and eat it the next day.
