Oil-free Pancakes

Red pitaya, peeled and cut into pieces

Put the juice in the food processor and set aside

Pour the juice into the flour to form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes

Take out the dough and knead it for a while, divide it into 3 uniformly sized ingredients, and roll it into a 1cm thick round cake with a rolling pin.
