Dragon Fruit Pudding

One red dragon fruit, peeled and diced.

A small amount of diced dragon fruit is left for decoration, and the rest is mashed with a food processor.

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water for about 10 minutes until soft.

Pour 1/3 of the melted gelatin liquid into the pitaya puree and 2/3 into the milk. Stir evenly.

Separate 1/3 of each from the milk and dragon fruit puree and mix them together so that all three liquids are ready.

Take a clean cup, pour 1/3 of the height of the liquid into the bottom of the cup, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes.

After it has solidified, pour a layer of liquid of a different color, continue to freeze, and finally pour another color of liquid until the cup is filled.
8.
Finally, take an appropriate amount of pitaya diced and place it on the surface for decoration.
