Dragon Fruit Pudding

Cut the dragon fruit in half and use a round ball digger to dig out several whole spherical dragon fruits for use. All the remaining pulp was dug out.

The pudding glassware is boiled and sterilized.

Prepare two gelatine slices.

Cut the gelatine slices and soak them in cold water.

Put the remaining pitaya flesh into a cooking cup, add whipped cream and milk

Add caster sugar

Use a food processor to stir into a paste.

The soaked gelatin slices are poured with water and a little milk is added. Place in the microwave to heat for 30 seconds

Use a manual whisk to stir the heated milk and the gelatin slices together until the gelatin slices are completely melted.

Pour the dragon fruit paste into a large bowl of milk gelatin flakes

Stir the dragon fruit paste and the milk gelatin liquid together.

Carefully pour the prepared pudding liquid into the glassware 8 or 9 minutes full.

Put it in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours until the pudding is set.

Take out the prepared pudding and place it on the dug dragon fruit balls and enjoy.
