Dragon Fruit with Yogurt
1.
The yogurt maker has a built-in container and a spoon, which can be cleaned with boiling water
2.
After draining the water, wipe the container dry with kitchen paper. In other words, let it dry naturally, without water in the container and spoon.
Pour 500ML of milk (mine is a small-container yogurt machine, and the large yogurt is filled at a time, and I can’t finish it, so I’m useless)
3.
Add probiotic powder and stir well with a spoon.
4.
Attach the cover and power on. Let stand for 8 hours (If it is very cold, you can add a small amount of warm water in the yogurt machine.)
5.
The yogurt that comes out is slightly sour and milky, and a spoonful of it is as tender as tofu.
6.
Pour the yogurt into the bowl.
7.
Put honey on the yogurt.
8.
Cut the dragon fruit into pieces, and soak the medlar in boiling water in advance to remove the floating dust. Put it on top and start eating.
Tips:
1. The inner wall of the yogurt must be kept clean, free of water and oil.
2. After the yogurt is ready, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for better taste.
3. You can add some sugar to taste better. You can also add some dried fruits or other fruits to eat together.
