Dragon Fruit Yogurt

The milk is soaked in warm water, about 40 degrees Celsius, and it does not feel hot when dripping on the back of the hand.

The yogurt fermentation tank is blanched with boiling water for about 1 minute, then control the water content, put the yogurt starter in, then pour in the hot milk and stir evenly

Put the yogurt fermentation barrel into the yogurt machine, close the lid and turn on the power, and ferment for about 8 hours (mine is one night)

After one night, cut the power, the yogurt has solidified into tofu brain, take out the yogurt fermentation barrel and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours (if you want to drink plain yogurt, just add sugar or honey)

Red pitaya is peeled and sliced, then put in a bowl, add honey, crush the puree

Take out the yogurt from the refrigerator, pour it into the cup, pour the crushed honey puree into it, stir evenly, and serve as a dragon fruit yogurt with large berries (you can also put the large particles directly in without mashing)
