Dragon Fruit Yogurt

The yogurt fermentation tank is blanched with boiling water for about 1 minute, then control the moisture, put the yogurt starter in, and use a small amount of boiled water to dissolve it.

The milk is soaked in warm water, about 40 degrees, dripping on the back of the hand does not feel hot, then pour in the warm milk and stir evenly

Put the yogurt fermentation barrel into the yogurt machine, close the lid and turn on the power, and ferment for about 8 hours (mine is one night)

After one night, cut the power, the yogurt has solidified into tofu brain, take out the yogurt fermentation barrel and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours (if you want to drink plain yogurt, just add sugar or honey)

Red pitaya is peeled and sliced, then put in a bowl, add honey, crush the puree

Take out the yogurt from the refrigerator, pour it into the cup, pour the crushed honey puree into it, stir evenly and serve as a dragon fruit yogurt with large berries (you can also put the large particles directly in without mashing).

1. First of all, the temperature of the milk should not be high, otherwise it will scald the bacteria to death and the yogurt will not ferment;
2. When the yogurt fermentation tank is put into the yogurt machine, if you want to ferment faster, you can put warm water in the yogurt machine. Mine is fermented overnight, so there is no need to put warm water.
3. Don't put sugar when making yogurt, it tastes better when you eat it.
