Dragon Fruit Yogurt Jelly

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water and set aside.

Peel the dragon fruit, squeeze it into juice, add 15 grams of condensed milk and set aside. About 280 grams.

Gelatine tablets melt in water and divide into two parts

One part is poured into yogurt, one part is poured into dragon fruit and stirred well for later use. Add 15 grams of condensed milk to the yogurt (you can also add 15 grams of condensed milk to the yogurt).

Tips:
In summer, gelatine tablets can be put more, don't put less, otherwise it is not suitable to condense.
