Dragon Fruit Yogurt Jelly

Cut the dragon fruit into small pieces, soak the gelatine in cold water, and decorate the box with coconut paste (or cushion wrap).

Beat the pulp into juice.

Add sugar and juice to the small milk pot.

Squeezed gelatin slices.
5.
Heat on low heat and stir until the gelatine flakes are melted.

Let cool to hand temperature and add yogurt.
7.
Pour into the box and refrigerate for more than 1 hour until completely set.

Cut into small pieces.
9.
Wrap in coconut paste.
10.
Serve and eat.

It's sweet and sour, and it tastes great.
Tips:
Just stir the gelatine until it melts!
The box can be wrapped with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent sticking!
