Dried and Delicious Tofu. [fried Fish with Tofu]

Slice old tofu, about 1.5 cm thick.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, cut dried chili into sections, and sprinkle garlic (forgot to take pictures)

About half a pot of water, add sliced ginger, peppercorns, and soy sauce to boil.

Let the boiled sauce cool, then add the shallots, garlic, dried chili, sugar, white wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, and white vinegar.

Put the tofu slices into the sauce, and finally put the coriander, and marinate for more than 24 hours.

Put oil in the pan, fry the marinated tofu slices until golden on both sides, then serve on the plate, sprinkle on the toppings and eat.
Tips:
Recipe preparation method: stir-fry the peppercorns and peanuts in a dry pan to fragrant and crush them (the peanuts go to the red coat).
Put the ground peanuts and dried chili together in a bowl, pour a little hot oil and mix well and serve as a small sauce
