The weather is getting cold, and the eggs and tofu are stewed together, steaming hot and fragrant and fresh.

Fresh Tofu Pot

1. Cut old tofu

2. Shiitake mushroom slices

3. Fry hot tofu until golden on both sides

4. Fry the egg until golden on both sides, cut into pieces

5. Stir-fry pork belly with oil, add garlic slices and fry until fragrant

6. Put the shiitake mushrooms in a casserole, add pork belly, eggs, and tofu

7. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, a small amount of chicken essence, some boiling water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

8. Sprinkle with red pepper and green garlic and cook for a while
