The combination of dried bamboo shoots and tofu has the crispness of dried bamboo shoots and the smoothness of tofu. It has a good taste, rich nutrition and delicious taste.

Dried Bamboo Shoots Tofu Soup

1. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in advance with cold water, put them in a pot and bring to a boil on high heat

2. Pour the internal fat tofu and cut into shreds

3. After boiling, add shredded tofu and boil again

4. Turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook for a while, add some salt, sprinkle in chopped green onion, and pour in sesame oil.

Tips:

Dried bamboo shoots need to be soaked two hours in advance, and warm water can be used to speed up the soaking speed
