Dried Bonito and Winter Melon Soup

Hit the bonito with a hammer or hard object until it is soft, tear the skin and meat into strips, wash, and soak in water to soften

Peel the winter melon, cut into thick pieces, smash the ginger
3.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add oil, salt and ginger
4.
Pour the soaked bonito
5.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes

Winter melon

Cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft
