Dried Bonito and Peanut Porridge

Wash the bonito, cut into sections, and marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine. Blanch the peanuts and drain. Boil the ribs and drain.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add bonito, peanuts, and spare ribs, and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.

Wash the casserole rice, pour it into the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
