I used to eat bonito peanut porridge when I was studying, but I rarely cooked it at home.
I haven't eaten bonito for many years. The bonito porridge in my impression is delicious, and I suddenly wanted to revisit it.
So on weekends, I made this classic porridge, peanut bonito porridge, served with steamed buns and fried noodles to clear the stomach.

Ingredients

Dried Bonito and Peanut Porridge

1. Raw peanuts, peel off the shell, take out the peanut meat

2. Dried bonito, peeled and cut into small pieces

3. The two main ingredients are ready

4. Soak the bonito in clean water and set aside

5. Add half of the water in the pot, then add the bonito bones

6. After the water is boiled, add the bonito meat

7. Add raw peanuts

8. The rice is washed and marinated with a little salt and oil

9. Add the cold rice first, then the uncooked rice

10. Cover the pot and cook on slow heat for about 100 minutes

11. Add some salt to taste before turning off the heat

12. Pretend and enjoy, paired with homemade white steamed buns, it is a good summer dinner

Tips:

1. It is better to use raw peanuts for cooking porridge, and during summer vacation, when peanuts are on the market in large quantities, the peanuts are delicious at this time;
2. Tear the dried bonito from the skin and separate the flesh and bones, then fry into sections, tear them into small pieces and then cook them, it will become swollen after boiling.
