Dried Cabbage Konjac

Peel and wash the Chinese cabbage, put it in boiling water and blanch it, drain and cut into fine strips.

Tofu shreds and konjac shreds are blanched in boiling water and drained.

Pour the Chinese cabbage, shredded tofu shredded konjac and all the seasonings into the plate, mix evenly, sprinkle with coriander, shredded red pepper and shredded green pepper when serving.
