Dried Eggs in Cold Dressing

First, dry clean the eggs, drain the water, and cut them into slices.

Cut into silk and put on a plate for later use

More red oil and less chili

Tips:
1. The dish does not need to add salt, the dried egg itself has a salty taste
2. I just add red oil if I like spicy food. If you don’t like spicy food, you can add sesame oil.
3. The chopped green onion is added for the color to look good, you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it
