I like the good taste of dried eggs and the crisp fragrance and crispness of celery. Combining the two and stir-fry together with a little black fungus, it is a healthy and healthy delicacy.

Dried Eggs with Celery

1. Soak black fungus in cold water

2. Pick and wash celery, prepare dried eggs
